From the President,
The year was September 1980. Seven Canadian muzzle-loading shooters were in Quantico, Virginia, the first Canadian Team to enter the Muzzle Loading Association International Committee sanctioned World Championships. This was a learning experience. We were shooting flint rifles prone at 100 meters, slug rifles and muskets with minie bullets. We knew little about either.
From that humble beginning has come a lot, if not the most successful of, all Canadian Teams in the last 20 years with 24 individual medals and five team medals won in World Championships.
With an active junior development program, and well-organized rifle, pistol and shotgun sections supported by high level, dedicated coaching staff, the Canadian International Muzzle Loading Team is well positioned to continue its successful program
Come......Join a winning team!!!
